Resort Accessibility

LEGOLAND® New York Resort shops, restaurants, show venues, and the majority of our rides and attractions are ADA accessible and compliant with the New York State Human Rights Law, to accommodate guests who use wheelchairs or are in need of special services.

Please download our Guide for Guests with Disabilities to use in addition to our Park Map on your visit to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

Assisted Access Pass

LEGOLAND New York Resort offers an Assisted Access Pass, available at Guest Services, for those who may have difficulty waiting in line. The pass allows guests to hold their place in line without having to stand in line and is not a substitute to waiting the posted wait time. Guests will make ride reservations from their smartphones, wait in a virtual queue, and then go to the ride when the timer is up. This pass is valid for the guest and up to five members of their party (six guests total). The guest issued the pass must ride in order for all party members to ride. The Assisted Access Pass is issued at the discretion of LEGOLAND New York Resort staff and may be revoked at any time. Visit Guest Services to learn more or to enroll.

​Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs)

The LEGOLAND New York Resort has a limited number of stand-up Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs) for use by guests. These are available for a rental fee and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
