Wagons & Strollers
Wagons are not permitted into the park however accommodations can be made if you have an accessibility need. Please complete the form on this webpage. All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and we will contact you.

Outside Food & Coolers
- You are permitted to bring a small cooler into the Park. This must be hand or back carried. Coolers & bags with wheels are not permitted. All coolers will be searched.
- Yes, you can bring small snacks into the Park. No trays of food, or outside meals are permitted in the Park.
Service Animals & Pets
Service animals that are specifically trained to aid a person with a physical disability are welcome. Animals whose sole purpose is to provide emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship or to serve as a crime deterrent are not permitted.
Proper Attire
Proper swim wear is required on all Water Elements and Slides and may not have exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or mental ornamentation.
- Bathing suits must be covered outside of the Water Playground by proper clothing; this includes any rides, attractions, restaurants or retail location onsite
Face Masks
Guests are free to continue to wear face coverings anywhere on property if they choose to do so.
- We politely request that all of our guests uphold the highest possible hygiene standards
- There are a large number of hand sanitizer dispensers around the Resort for your convenience and safety
Please note the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.
