Cashless Resort: We’ve gone cashless. Acceptable forms of payment are credit cards, contactless bank cards or Apple pay.
Wi-Fi: No password required. Just login to LEGOLAND-Free Wi-Fi.
Hotel Pool: Outdoor Pool is open seasonally. Pool reopens for 2023 Memorial Day Weekend. Fresh towels offered daily with Restrooms and Changing Rooms available!
Housekeeping Service: For your comfort and safety, we do not provide daily housekeeping services. If you would like your room serviced or require any additional items, please text HELLO to 845-378-4486. Stayover service is available upon request from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. Requests for individual items and extra linen can be made at any time.
Ice and Vending Machine: Located on the 3rd floor of the hotel.
Fitness Center: Located on the 2nd floor of the hotel.
Quiet Time: We are a family friendly hotel with lots of tired little ones after a long day at the Resort. Please respect your neighbors and be considerate to other guests when moving around the hotel and the grounds. Quiet time begins at 10:00 pm.
Thermostats: Feel free to set your thermostat to your desired temperature between 67 degrees F and 79 degrees F. Your room will take 15 - 30 minutes to reach set temperature.
Bell & Valet Services: Offered daily from 7:00 am – 12:00 am.
Hotel Retail Store: Open daily from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm.
Awesome Arcade: Open daily from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm.
