Influencer Program

The LEGOLAND® New York Influencer Program is open to web and social media content creators who want to tell their followers about LEGOLAND New York Resort!

We select participants for the Program by application only, on a rolling basis, based on the requirements below.

Requirements

To be eligible for the LEGOLAND New York Influencer Program, you must be the owner of a blog or social media channel meeting the following criteria:

  • Focused on family, travel, lifestyle, entertainment, LEGO®, or similar content
  • At least 10,000 total followers
  • At least 8 posts per month

What You’ll Get

All participants in the Program will receive:

  • Up to four (4) single-day tickets to LEGOLAND New York Resort, valid in the current season only (blackout dates apply) [1]
  • Exclusive invitations to previews, special events and influencer days [2]

What You’ll Do

All participants in the Program must:

  • Post the deliverables agreed upon on their social media within one week of their visit to LEGOLAND New York
  • Post about any special events at LEGOLAND New York Resort to which they accept an invitation
  • Tag LEGOLAND New York Resort in all posts
  • Use any hashtags specified by LEGOLAND New York Resort

Content & Branding Guidelines

  • Official Park Name: LEGOLAND® New York Resort
  • “LEGOLAND” should always be written in all caps
  • “LEGO” should always be written in all caps

Acceptable Forms of Posts

  • Instagram in-feed posts
  • Instagram Reels
  • YouTube videos
  • TikTok videos
  • Instagram stories (these do not replace an in-feed post)
  • We ask that you post on social media within 1 week of your visit.

  • Feel free to add a collaboration request to your posts!
    • Bright, colorful, clear, and less-filtered photos have the highest chance of
      being reshared by our accounts.
    • We recommend wearing clothing with no writing/visible brand names aside
      from LEGO/LEGOLAND.

Terms & Conditions

The selection of LEGOLAND New York Influencer Program is on a case-by-case basis and is
up to the discretion of the Resort. LEGOLAND New York Resort reserves the right to
remove any Influencer that does not fulfill terms agreed upon in the “Posting
Requirements” section or exhibits signs of “intentional and malicious” Influencer fraud.


Content created should clearly disclose the Influencer’s “material connection” with the
LEGOLAND, including the fact that the Influencer was provided with certain experiences,
by including #sponsored or the “Paid Partnership” tool. The Influencer’s statements should
always reflect the Influencer’s honest and truthful opinions and actual experiences, and should only make factual statements about LEGOLAND which the Influencer knows for
certain are true and can be verified.


LEGOLAND New York Resort has the rights to use content posted by content creators.
