Yes! We offer flexible payment options at checkout, allowing you to pay in full or choose a payment plan that fits your budget.

Through the Manage My Booking portal, you can easily make simple changes to your reservation, including:

  • Updating Personal Information: You can update your name, address, and other personal details.
  • Adding Extras: You can add extras to your booking, such as meal plans or special packages.
  • Downloading Travel Documents: You can download your travel documents, including tickets directly from the portal. These changes are straightforward and can be done at your convenience without needing to contact our support team.

LEGOLAND New York Resort Hotel Resort Fee is charged at the time of booking. Full payment is due at the time of booking. 2-night minimum stay may be required for select days. For bookings made April 8, 2025 forward, parking fee will be collected upon check-in at the LEGOLAND Hotel.

Ticket type varies by stay date. The ticket offer included in your package for the specific dates you have chosen will be displayed to you at the time of booking. For multi-day tickets, all visits must be used within 3 days of your first visit.  Unused ticket(s) and/or day(s) shall be forfeited. Be sure to visit our Opening Hours Calendar for days and hours of operation.

Hot, daily breakfast is valid only for guests listed on the reservation and is not available on day of check-in.

Book early, as reservations are subject to availability, and the days and number of rooms allocated for this offer on each date is limited. Blackout dates apply and are subject to change without notice. LEGOLAND Resort reserves all rights and interpretation. Discount not applicable to all room types or themes. Offer not valid on previously booked rooms and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions. Terms of this offer are subject to change without notice.

*Advertised pricing does not include tax and is based on a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children ages 2-12) for a 1-night hotel stay.

*If you opted to purchase Trip Protection Plan, you may change or cancel your reservation up to 4:00 PM Eastern Time 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability and new prices may apply. If cancellation occurs by 4:00 PM Eastern Time 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, then full payment is refunded in the original form of payment, minus the non-refundable Trip Protection Plan fee. If cancellation occurs after 4:00 PM Eastern Time 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show, then all monies are forfeited.

No cancellations, changes or refunds are allowed within 5 days of arrival.​
