If you’d like to change your date, please contact us ahead of time with your order number and preferred available date. Date changes are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
Refunds will only be honored for those that purchased the “Cancel for any Reason” coverage. You may request a refund by contacting us and providing your order number within 2 days of your scheduled visit.
Rain or inclement weather may require us to temporarily close or suspend some of our rides and attractions.
If a portion of our rides and attractions are closed for an extended period Resort Management will activate our "Rainy Day Promise.”
If the Rainy Day Promise is activated, those with paid tickets will be able to use their existing ticket for one more visit within one year from this date. Please check our operating calendar for available dates.
No refunds will be issued.
Starting May 1, 2021, you may visit if your visit took place on one of the dates that were classified as “Rainy Day” in May 2019 – March 2020.
Hold on to the ticket you scanned to enter the Park on your original visit. Bring it back with you, along with your ID, for your return visit and head to the outside Guest Service window. There, they will verify your tickets and provide you with ones to get in that day.
