If inclement weather is forecasted, can I change my date or get a refund?
If you’d like to change your date, please contact us ahead of time with your order number and preferred available date. Date changes are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
Refunds will only be honored for those that purchased the “Cancel for any Reason” coverage. You may request a refund by contacting us and providing your order number within 1 day of your scheduled visit.
What happens if it rains or there’s inclement weather during my visit?
Due to the event taking place outdoors, rain or inclement weather may require us to temporarily close or suspend some of our experiences. If local government guidelines allow, we’ll do our best to move experiences indoors or out of the elements.
If a portion of our experiences are closed for an extended period Resort Management will activate our “Holidays Rainy Day Promise.”
If the Holidays Rainy Day Promise is activated those with paid tickets will be able to use their existing ticket for one more visit to Holidays at LEGOLAND before 1/10/2021. Please check our operating calendar for available dates.
No refunds will be issued.
How do I use my Holidays Rainy Day Promise visit?
Hold on to the ticket you scanned to enter the Park on your original visit. Bring it back with you for your return visit and show to the Main Gate employee for entry.
