No, you do not need a separate ticket specifically for DUPLO® Splash Safari. However, you need to buy the LEGOLAND® Florida Theme Park + LEGOLAND® Water Park Combo Ticket to enter LEGOLAND® Water Park, where the DUPLO® Splash Safari is located.
