Here are a few tips to enhance your arrival experience:
- Follow posted signs to LEGOLAND® Beach Retreat, at 100 LEGOLAND Way, Winter Haven, FL 33884.
- When you arrive at the LEGOLAND Beach Retreat entrance, one of our Model Citizens will direct you to check in and park. Self-parking is included in your nightly Resort Fee.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. We do our best to prepare our rooms as quickly as possible for you! However, due to high occupancy, rooms will not likely be available until 4:00 p.m.
- If your booking includes Park tickets, you will receive them via email 48 hours ahead of your scheduled arrival date. Please upload them to the LEGOLAND app or print them out and bring them with you to the main Park entrance for quicker access to the Park.

- All stays include complimentary buffet breakfast at Sandy's Castle Restaurant. FREE breakfast not applicable on day of arrival.
- A free shuttle bus is available to and from the Theme Park entrance from 8:45 a.m. to one hour after the park closes. See a Model Citizen for exact departure times, and for boarding assistance with wheelchairs and ECVs.
