What Accessibility at LEGOLAND California Resort Really Looks Like for Families

At LEGOLAND California Resort, we believe in creating awesome LEGO® adventures for everyone. That’s why we’re committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive and accessible experience for all our guests.

In this helpful guide, we’ll cover all the information you need to plan your trip around your family’s needs, including information on our LEGOLAND Accessibility Guide, first aid facilities, guest services and wheelchair rentals.

Understanding the LEGOLAND Assisted Access Pass: Your Fast-Access Support Option

Our LEGOLAND Assisted Access Pass is designed for guests who have physical and cognitive disabilities that may require mobility assistance.

Guests with the pass can skip the queue and board their chosen rides as soon as possible. Valid on rides that meet the accessibility criterion, the LEGOLAND Assisted Access Pass accommodates up to six people, including the pass holder, making it easy for families and groups to board together.

LEGOLAND Autism-Friendly Support: Sensory Tools, Quiet Spaces & Helpful Tips

To ensure your time at the LEGOLAND California Resort is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, we have created designated areas for our guests with autism and other sensory needs.

Whether you’re visiting during peak season or just need a break from the park, you can head to our DUPLO® Family Care Center, featuring a quiet room that is also suitable for breastfeeding.

In addition to quiet spaces, we offer companion restrooms throughout the park for guests who require assistance. For more information on how we accommodate accessibility and special needs at our theme park, please read our guide.

LEGOLAND California Resort - An Accessibility-Friendly Theme Park: What To Pack For Your Day

To help you prepare for a full day of LEGO activities, we’ve created a list of helpful items and pointers to help cater to your child’s needs during your visit:

  • Create a bracelet or name tag with your family member's name, a contact number and any other important things to know. Height Wristbands are available within guest services and have a location where you can add your phone number.

  • Bring earplugs or headphones. The Resort can be very noisy in certain places.

  • Bring your family member’s tablet, video game, comic book or anything else you think might distract them and keep them occupied during any periods of waiting.

Read our LEGOLAND Access Guide for more information.
