Guests with Reserve 'N' Ride receive a hand held device that lets you make ride reservations from anywhere in the Park. You wait at the same time as other resort guests but you just don't have to stand in line. With Reserve 'N' Ride, you can make one ride reservation at a time and the device will let you know when it's your turn to ride!

  • What is a Reserve 'N' Ride Ticket?

    Spend your day at LEGOLAND California Resort creating memorable experiences, not waiting in lines, with our Reserve 'N' Ride Electronic Ride Reservation System. Reserve 'N' Ride allows you to maximize your fun and ride when it's your turn.

    Guests can purchase and use Reserve 'N' Ride on their phone from anywhere in the park by visiting ReserveNRide.com or they can stop by the Reserve ‘N’ Booth in the Beginning and rent a hand held device that lets you make ride reservations from anywhere in the Park.

    Select the ride you want on your Reserve ‘N’ Ride device or smart phone and it will reserve your place. You'll get an alert when it's your turn to ride. Head to the Reserve ‘N’ Ride Entrance, and you get to skip the standby line. The higher the level, the less time you wait between making your reservation and being able to ride. Reserve ‘N’ Ride is available for purchase online or at the Park.

  • Which attractions can I use my Reserve 'N' Ride device for?

    The attractions where the device is accepted are: NINJAGO The Ride*, AQUAZONE Wave Racers, Safari Trek, Kid Power Tower, Driving School, Skipper School, Pirate Reef, Splash Battle, Knights' Tournament*, The Dragon Coaster, Lost Kingdom Adventure, LEGO TECHNIC Coaster and Coast Cruise, and Deep Sea Adventure* Please check the front of the park, the LEGOLAND App, or the LEGOLAND website for ride closures. Available rides and reservation restrictions are subject to change or close without notice. Refunds will not be issued in the event of ride closures.

    * Please note that reservation restrictions apply to these rides. These attractions may not be available for all service levels. Express Guests can make one reservation per day at Ninjago and Knight’s tournament. Deep Sea Adventure is not available for Express Guests. Deluxe Guests can make two reservations per day at Ninjago and Knight’s tournament. Deep Sea Adventure is not available for Deluxe Guests. Ultimate guests have no restrictions on Ninjago or Knight’s tournament, but are able to make 1 reservation per day at Deep Sea Adventure.

  • Does LEGOLAND California offer a fast pass for the park?

    We currently offer Reserve ‘N’ Ride and VIP Experiences for guests who don’t want to wait in line.

    Reserve ‘N’ Ride is a ride reservation system that covers 14 of our most popular attractions. You can use your phone or rent a handheld device at the Beginning of the park. We currently offer 3 different service levels- the higher the level the less time you wait being making your reservation and riding your chosen ride. All three levels go to the same Reserve ‘N’ Ride entrance and get to skip the standby line. Spend your time exploring the park while Reserve ‘N’ Ride does the waiting for you. Reserve ‘N’ Ride is available for purchase online or at the Park.

  • Can I add-on Reserve ‘N’ Ride at the park?

    Yes. You can upgrade at the Reserve N Ride Booth located in The Beginning (next to the Big Shop) or purchase it from anywhere in the park using a smart phone. Reserve ‘N’ Ride is subject to availability and may sell out. Walk up prices may differ from online prices. Special offers may be added or changed without notice.

  • What do I need to bring when I pick up my Reserve ‘N’ Ride device?

    You will need a form of government issued identification (i.e. state issued driver license, passport, etc.) or a $100 deposit to rent your Reserve 'N' Ride device would be required.  If you are renting multiple devices, a unique deposit will be required for each device.  The ID/deposit will be returned upon the device being returned in good working order.  Guests who use Reserve ‘N’ Ride Mobile do not need to leave a deposit.

  • How is Reserve ‘N’ Ride different than free fast passes at other attractions?

    Unlike other Fast Pass systems, our Reserve N' Ride system lets you reserve your rides from anywhere in the Park. For most rides*, you are able to reserve the same ride as many times as you want. So you can get more from your day at the Resort! Plus you can "wait for your ride" while enjoying another ride, eating at one of our great restaurants, or anything else the Resort has to offer. Our reservation system is based on currently posted ride wait times instead of a limited number of reservation slots- this means that reservations for our most popular attractions are still available later in the day- and you will never have to wait longer than a posted wait time for your reservation to activate.

    * Express Guests can make one reservation per day at Ninjago and Knight’s tournament. Deep Sea Adventure is not available for Express Guests.
    Deluxe Guests can make two reservations per day at Ninjago and Knight’s tournament. Deep Sea Adventure is not available for Deluxe Guests.
    Ultimate guests have no restrictions on Ninjago or Knight’s tournament, but are able to make 1 reservation per day at Deep Sea Adventure.   • Do Pass Members get at Discount on Reserve ‘N’ Ride Devices?

    Yes, Merlin Standard and Premium Pass Members can receive a 25% discount on their device rental. This option is only available at the Park and cannot be redeemed when purchasing online. Members must show their Annual Pass at the Reserve 'N' Ride booth at time of purchase to receive the discount. The membership discount can be applied to guests who wish to use their smart phone, but guests must stop by the booth to show their Annual Pass before their device will work.  

  • Can we make all our ride reservations at once?

    You can only make one ride reservation at a time.   Most of our attractions can be re-reserved as many times as you like; however restrictions may apply to certain attractions or certain service levels.  Express Guests can make one reservation per day at Ninjago and Knight’s tournament.  Deep Sea Adventure is not available for Express Guests. Deluxe Guests can make two reservations per day at Ninjago and Knight’s tournament. Deep Sea Adventure is not available for Deluxe Guests. Ultimate guests have no restrictions on Ninjago or Knight’s tournament, but are able to make 1 reservation per day at Deep Sea Adventure. Ride reservation restrictions are subject to change without notice and may apply to more rides than listed here.  Please inquire at the sales booth when you arrive for the most up to date information.

  • Where do we get Reserve ‘N’ Ride in the resort?

    If guests wish to use Reserve ‘N’ Ride on their smart phone, they can purchase Reserve ‘N’ Ride from anywhere in the park at ReserveNRide.com  If guests wish to rent a handheld device instead of using their phone, it can be purchased at the Reserve ‘N’ Ride sales center, located in The Beginning, near the Big Shop.

  • What happens if I lose or break my device?

    A replacement fee of $100 will be charged.

  • What happens if I lose my device but someone finds it and turns it into an employee?

    Upon renting a handheld Reserve ‘N’ Ride device, you will be charged a deposit or asked to leave a government or state issued photo ID.  If you damage or lose the device, we will keep your $100 deposit (or charge you a $100 fee and return your ID).  If the device is later returned in working order to the Reserve ‘N’ Ride booth, a team member will contact you and issue you a refund of the $100 fee.  

  • How many people can be on a Reserve ‘N’ Ride device?

    One Reserve ‘N’ Ride device can be used for to six people.  Please note that prices are per person.  If your group has more than 6 people, you will need to rent at least two devices.  Separate deposits will be required for each device.  Reserve ‘N’ Ride mobile guests are able to put up to 99 guests on a single phone.  

  • What happens if the Smart Phone I’m using to make my Reserve ‘N’ Ride Reservations dies?

    If you are experiencing issues using Reserve ‘N’ Ride on your phone, you have the option to send your purchase to another email address/phoen using the menu at the top left of the screen.  If you would like to switch to a handheld device, please visit us at the sales booth located in The Beginning (next to Big Shop).  In order to rent a device, you will need to leave a $100 deposit or a state or government issued photo ID.  The deposit will be returned upon returning your device in working order to the sales booth.  If a device is unreturned, or returned wet or otherwise broken, the $100 deposit will not be refunded, or you will need to pay a $100 fee in order to  retrieve your photo ID.  

  • Am I able to change my service level or add additional guests after purchasing Reserve ‘N’ Ride?

    Yes- If you have purchased Reserve ‘N’ Ride on your phone, you may upgrade your service level or add additional guests from anywhere in the park.  If you are using our hand held Reserve ‘N’ Ride device, please visit the sales booth at The Beginning of the park to make changes.  Please note that all sales are final and you cannot downgrade your reservation or remove guests.

  • Do adults and children pay the same price for Reserve ‘N’ Ride?

    Yes, our prices are the same for adults and children four years of age or older; however, children 3 and under are free.   Please be aware that children 3 and under may only be able to ride a limited selection of rides covered by Reserve ‘N’ Ride.  Please refer to the LEGOLAND California app or website for up to date ride restrictions.  

  • Can I just purchase Reserve ‘N’ Ride for my kids?

    If your kids are tall enough to ride by themselves, and the adults don’t plan on riding, then you would only need to purchase Reserve ‘N’ Ride for your children.  Please be aware that many of our rides require riders to be 48’ or taller to ride alone or they must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years of age or older.  Please refer to our LEGOLAND California App or website for up to date ride restrictions

  • Do we have to purchase Reserve ‘N’ Ride for everyone in our group?

    You only need to purchase Reserve ‘N’ Ride for guests who intend to ride.  Reserve ‘N’ Ride is not attached to names or tickets and may be shared within your party.  Please be aware that only the number of riders listed on your device will be admitted per reservation.  You would need to re-reserve a ride in order for the rest of the group to ride.  Rides may be subject to reservation restrictions and only allow for one reservation per day.  Children 3 and under are free and not included in the rider total.

  • If my phone loses service and I can’t access my current reservation what happens?

    Your reservation will not be lost, even if your phone cannot connect to the web.  If your phone loses service momentarily, please try refreshing the webpage.  If that doesn’t work, try moving to a different location where service is better.  We also offer park wide WiFi.  If you are experience extreme issues using Reserve ‘N’ Ride on your phone, please visit us at the Reserve ‘N’ Ride Sales booth located at the Beginning, next to the Big Shop.  We can switch your reservation to one of our hand held devices. Please be aware that in order to rent a hand held device you will need to leave a deposit of $100 or a state/government issued photo ID.  

  • The Reserve ‘N’ Ride Entrance is closed, but I have an active reservation. What do I do?

    If you have an active reservation, but the Reserve ‘N’ Ride entrance is closed, please proceed to the ride exit (look for blue assisted access signs).  Your party will be accommodated there.  Please note, you will only be accommodated at the ride exit if the Reserve ‘N’ Ride entrance is closed.  Reservations will not be accepted after the park closes.

  • Do my Reserve ‘N’ Ride Reservations Expire?

    Your Reserve ‘N’ Ride Reservations will not expire; however, you cannot make a new reservation until your current one is used or cancelled.  Please note that reservations will not be accepted after the park closes.  

  • Are Reserve ‘N’ Ride Reservations accepted after the park has closed?

    Reserve ‘N’ Ride Reservations are not accepted after the park closes.  Please download the LEGOLAND App or check the LEGOLAND website for up to date information about park hours.  Please be aware that certain rides may stop accepting reservations up to two hours prior to park closing to ensure that all existing reservations can be accommodated.
