All guests are required to reserve their visit in advance, including existing Annual Pass holders, hotel guests and open dated ticket holders. Please select an option below to reserve your date!

Yes. To ensure the best possible guest experience, allow for social distancing and comply with capacity limits, all guests will need to reserve a day to visit in advance. Annual pass holders will be able to reserve three dates at a time on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure all pass and ticket holders receive the opportunity to visit the Park while complying with state and local guidelines. Please visit our Online Reservations System to reserve dates!

NOTE: If you purchase a dated ticket, you do not need to make any additional reservation.

Do not travel to the Resort if you or anyone from your household displays any symptoms of COVID-19.

Visit our Booking Portal to reschedule your reservation. Reservations can be adjusted prior to your visit before being locked into our system.

You will be able to make five reservations at a time for each Annual Pass holder associated with your confirmation number.

Yes, you can visit Booking Portal to view available visit dates. If a date is available and you would like to change your reserved date, you are welcome to book the available date and cancel your previous reservation.

When arriving at LEGOLAND New York Resort, please have ready your digital Annual Pass, and the Booking Portal Reservation Confirmation with the correct date.

No. All guests are required to reserve a day through our Online Reservations System for entry into LEGOLAND New York Resort.

Reservations to LEGOLAND New York Resort are on a first come, first served basis. If the date you would like to visit is at capacity, you will need to find an alternate date.

Reservations are booked by annual pass confirmation number on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee availability for groups of different confirmation numbers at this time.

Reservations cannot be transferred to another Guest.

The LEGOLAND New York Resort is open rain or shine, and while we can guarantee a memorable experience, we unfortunately can’t control the weather (yet!). If the weather affects our rides for more than 120 minutes during your visit, we promise to give our guests a coupon with a code to book your free return ticket online to return in the next 365 days, no questions asked. Please visit our Guest Services Center at the front of the Park to claim your return coupon and code. Please note, this does not apply to annual pass holders.

If for any reason LEGOLAND New York Resort is closed due to inclement weather or any other reason, you will be able to book another reservation through Booking Portal

Due to limited capacity restrictions enforced by the State of New York, we are only able to offer a limited number of reservations per day. All reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may fill up quickly. You will need to select an alternative date.
