📌 Guidelines & Resources

The Official LEGOLAND Creator Program is a program where selected Influencers and Content Creators will receive Park tickets and invites to select special events in exchange for sharing content on their social media channels. These Creators will in return post high-quality, engaging, and relevant content to their audience to generate buzz and excitement for our Park offerings and events.

To be considered, your account must cover at least one of the following topics:  

  • Family Travel 

  • Parenting  

  • Theme Parks  

  • Special Events  

Each year, Creators will be evaluated to see if requirements are still met and they are in good standing with our Park.  

If a Creator accepts tickets to visit the Park or attend an exclusive event, it is mandatory for at least 1 post to be shared within 1 week of the visit. Creators are encouraged to share their authentic experience. Content must positively reflect the LEGOLAND New York Park. If there are any issues, please contact our team to support. 

Acceptable forms of social media at this time include Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. 

Creators are evaluated and accepted into the program based on follower demographic, style of content, overall performance of your content. 

Yes, you need to be near one of our LEGOLAND Parks which are located in New York, Florida & California.  

 LEGOLAND New York Resort Content Creators will receive up to 5 complimentary Park tickets annually. Creators may receive additional tickets for invitations including attraction previews, grand openings and events such as LEGO Festival, Red, White & BOOM!, Brick-or-Treat and Holiday Bricktacular. Creators may also receive seasonal access to LEGOLAND Hotel media rates depending on availability.

No, being apart of our Creator Program does not grant you a comped stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel. Creators may receive seasonal access to LEGOLAND Hotel depending on availability and content performance.

The selection of LEGOLAND New York Influencer Program is on a case-by-case basis and is
up to the discretion of the Resort. LEGOLAND New York Resort reserves the right to
remove any Influencer that does not fulfill terms agreed upon in the “Posting
Requirements” section or exhibits signs of “intentional and malicious” Influencer fraud.


Content created should clearly disclose the Influencer’s “material connection” with the
LEGOLAND, including the fact that the Influencer was provided with certain experiences,
by including #sponsored or the “Paid Partnership” tool. The Influencer’s statements should
always reflect the Influencer’s honest and truthful opinions and actual experiences, and should only make factual statements about LEGOLAND which the Influencer knows for
certain are true and can be verified.


LEGOLAND New York Resort has the rights to use content posted by content creators.
