To help facilitate your arrival, your Theme Park tickets will be emailed to you in advance of your visit. Please print these out in advance or have them accessible on your smart device in preparation for your arrival at LEGOLAND. Upon arrival school buses should stay in the far-right lane.

All individuals and groups entering the Park will pass through a security screening before heading to our ticketing turnstiles to have their group ticket scanned.

Be aware that LEGOLAND California is cashless! Please plan accordingly and advise parents and/or guardians in preparation for your visit.

Chaperones and students are welcome to bring in and carry their lunches in a backpack. You are also welcome to leave items in the bus and get a handstamp at the exit of the Park to re-enter following your lunch time if preferred. We are not able to offer storage for lunches and coolers within the Park at this time.

Upon arrival, if there are additional questions, please check in with Guest Services for assistance. Groups are welcome to enjoy lunches in grassy areas or tables across the Park. Please be respectful and clean up after dining.

Students can exchange cash for gift cards using our reverse ATMs, however, LEGOLAND California Resort is cashless. We have a Cash to Card Kiosk located near the entrance and in The Big Shop where students could exchange cash for gift cards. Cash is not accepted for any purchases in the Resort.

Bus drivers are welcome to remain within their vehicle in the parking lot if they desire. They are also welcome to visit either of our hotels, LEGOLAND Hotel and Castle Hotel. Both hotels have retail and dining available for purchase.

If inclement weather impacts your visit, we can help you to reschedule your visit to another date based on your booking. The date will be dependent on what dates your booking is eligible to visit on. Restrictions may apply. Please reach out to us at llceducationgroups@legoland.com.

LEGOLAND Field Trips have different programs available for school groups and youth groups. School field trips are defined as classroom students visiting for curriculum-based learning, guided by an accredited or credentialed teacher. Classroom students must compromise a minimum of 50% of the group to qualify for Field Trip rates.

LEGOLAND Field Trips must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance of your visit date. Payment must be taken via credit card online only in advance of your visit. Discounted rates cannot be offered for any day of add-on purchases. Tickets are not for resale. No refunds, modifications, or date changes once booked. Minimum of 15 students per group. Maximum daily availability subject to capacity.

Group must enter together at entrance gate. Group tickets must be pre-printed by the education group or accessible via mobile device. Each chaperone will need to present admission tickets for their group. All groups will be subjected to standard security screenings upon arrival to the Park. Please allow extra time for entry into the parking lot and Park. All students must remain supervised at all times. You are required to have at least one chaperone for every 10 students. All chaperones must be at least 21 years of age.

LEGOLAND California Resort reserves the right to require validation for all school types. LEGOLAND California may require additional terms and conditions be met in order to receive any group discount. Pricing, offers, programs and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Limited quantities are available. On any given operating date within the program window, a limited number of tickets may be available at discounted pricing. Standard ticketing terms and conditions also apply.
