We're sorry if today's weather conditions have put a damper on your day! We believe that your LEGOLAND California Resort experience should never be anything less than AWESOME, so we will be providing a "Rainy Day Promise" for all paid guests already in the Park to return later in the season.
What qualifies as a Rainy Day?
Our "Rainy Day Promise" is activated when poor weather closes a portion of our attractions for a period of at least two (2) hours, or at the discretion of the Resort Management Team.
If you visited on any of the dates below and the above Rainy Day conditions occurred, you are eligible for re-admittance:

How do I redeem my complimentary "Rainy Day Promise" ticket?
Hold on to the ticket you scanned to enter the Park today. Bring it back with you when you return and exchange it at any Resort Ticket Booth for a free, one-day visit within 1 year of the Rainy Day. Please check our operating calendar in advance of your return for seasonal closed days. We wish you plenty of sunshine on your next visit!
What else do I need to know?
If LEGOLAND California attractions are closed due to inclement weather, no cash, credit, or refunds will be issued apart from the "Rainy Day Promise." "Rainy Day Promise" tickets will only be offered in exchange for paid tickets that were scanned at the Park on qualifying Rainy Days. Your ticket will be checked on your return visit to ensure that you are the original ticket holder and that it was scanned at the Park on a qualifying Rainy Day.
"Rainy Day Promise" tickets will not be provided to Guests who were admitted using Membership Passes or complimentary tickets. No refunds or passes will be issued for Hotel, parking, Reserve-N-Ride or food and beverage purchases. This policy can be retracted or modified at any time without notice.
