If you are not satisfied, unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 90 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Simply return your item to the LEGOLAND® Big Shop and we’ll provide a refund, exchange, or replacement based on your original payment method.

- Keep all receipts, as no refunds will be issued without a valid register receipt.
- Items cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or is un-ticketed.
