If you have an issue with a retail item purchased in any of our theme park stores, please be aware you are unable to take the item to a LEGO® retail outlet.

Package Pick Up
Complimentary package pick-up is available for purchases made with a reusable bag at any of the retail locations inside of the theme park.
- Make your purchases, play all day, and then pick them up in The Beginning at Minifigure Market.
- Please allow 2 hours between purchase and pick-up.
- Staying at one of our Hotels? We’ll bring it over and leave it with the Front Desk!
Rent a Stroller or Mobility Device
Strollers, wheelchairs, and ECVs are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis, in The Beginning at Minifigure Market. Rental pricing for strollers is $20 to $25, wheelchairs are $25, and ECVs are $65.
First Aid
If you begin to feel ill or find that you require medical assistance, please visit First Aid. Medics are available during theme park operating hours for basic First Aid Assistance to allow you to continue enjoying your visit. If you’re unable to walk to First Aid, please tell the nearest Model Citizen and a medic may be able to assist you within the theme park.

Cash-to-Card Kiosks
LEGOLAND California Resort is cashless and will only accept credit or debit cards in the theme park, water park, aquarium and hotels.
For your convenience, we offer five Cash-to-Card Kiosks where you can quickly and effortlessly turn cash into a prepaid card that can be used as a VISA card throughout the Resort.

Personalize Your Bricks
Make memories you can take home with an extra special souvenir! Stop by the Awesome Shop to personalize LEGO® bricks and other LEGO items with engraving in THE LEGO® MOVIE™ World.
Portable Chargers
Portable chargers are available for rent for $5/hr capped at $25 or 5 hours. If not returned $20 is charged to user and they keep the battery. Available at Minifigure Market, Technic Coaster, Pirate Shores, both hotels, and Rebuild the World.
DUPLO® Family Care Center
Located in Fun Town this space provides private nursing areas, bottle warming, a fridge and microwave, changing areas, and is the home to the amusement park's sensory room.
Dryers
Wet from all the SPLASH-tastic fun? Drop into a Haystack Dryer found in Pirate Shores & LEGOLAND® Water Park to dry off & get warm! Cost is $6 per drying cycle.
Venu+ Lockers
Lockers are available in both Pirate Shores and the Water Park. They can be purchased via kiosk or directly at the locker by scanning and paying with a mobile device. Large lockers are $16, and jumbo lockers are $23.
