Frequently Asked Questions
After purchasing, check your confirmation email for the "View Tickets" link. Open it on your iPhone, and you'll see the "Add to Apple Wallet" button. Tap it, and your tickets will be ready to scan at the gate!
If you booked a vacation package, your tickets are usually emailed 10 days before your arrival. Once you have that email, you can use your order number and email address to link them to the app.
Nope! We love trees as much as we love LEGO bricks. You can show your tickets right on your smartphone, or print them out if you prefer a paper backup.
