LEGO® Insiders is a loyalty program that welcomes everyone to join the LEGO community. As an Insider, you’ll get access to exciting member-only rewards, points gained on LEGO purchases, access to LEGO communities and so much more!
If you are a LEGO Insiders member, you may earn points on select purchases in all of our Retail stores, excluding SEA LIFE retail. Simply present your LEGO Insiders Digital Member Card at the register when you are paying, and you will earn points on all valid items in that purchase. To find your Digital Member Card, follow these steps:
- Navigate to www.LEGO.com
- Select the three bars at the top left corner of the site, near the LEGO Logo
- Navigate to "Sign In"
- Sign into your LEGO Insiders account
- From your account info screen, click "Explore LEGO Insiders"
- Click the Red "Digital Member Card" symbol
- This will take you to an external site, click "Continue"
You are now at your Digital Member Card. If you would like, you can add it to any form of digital wallet for easier access. Present this to our retail associates at the register to earn points!
LEGO Insiders Points can be redeemed on select items in our retail stores, excluding SEA LIFE retail. Present your LEGO Insiders Digital Member Card at the register and ask to redeem your points. Your point total will be listed on your Digital Member Card, but if you are having trouble finding your point total, we are here to help!
Sales Tax may not be paid with LEGO Insiders Points, and must be paid with an alternate form of payment (remember, LEGOLAND California Resort is cashless!). When redeeming points, a minimum of $5 worth of LEGO Insiders points can be redeemed. The maximum amount of LEGO Insiders Points that can be redeemed in a transaction is equal to the subtotal of all valid items in the transaction. If you are curious as to how many points you can spend on a transaction, our Retail Associates can verify this information for you.
Yes, although there are some restrictions on what is and is not valid for LEGO Insiders points.
The following items are valid for LEGO Insiders Point redemption and earning:
- LEGO brick-based items
- LEGO-branded licensed items
- LEGO Extended Line items
- Dual branded items
The following items are not valid for LEGO Insiders Point redemption and earning:
- LEGOLAND-Branded items
- Non-branded items
- LEGOLAND Gift Cards
