What is the Premium Hotel Room Upgrade benefit?
Premium Annual Passholders staying at a participating LEGOLAND hotel may be eligible for a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in.
How do I receive a room upgrade?
Simply check in to the hotel and present your Premium Annual Pass. Hotel staff will review available inventory at that time.
Is the room upgrade guaranteed?
No. Room upgrades are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
How are upgrades assigned?
Available upgrades are offered on a first come, first served basis among eligible Premium Annual Passholders.
Can I reserve my upgrade before arrival?
No. Room upgrades cannot be requested, reserved, or confirmed before check-in.
What type of room upgrade will I receive?
Available upgrades vary by hotel and occupancy levels. The hotel will determine the upgraded room type, if available.

Passholder discount is available on all room types and themes, however, discount amount varies by room type and stay date. Passholder must stay in room. A current, valid Passholder ID must be presented upon check-in to qualify for these rates. Inability to provide a current, valid Passholder ID will result in a higher room rate charged at check-in.
For LEGOLAND California Resort Hotels a nightly Resort Fee will be charged at time of booking. Parking will be charged upon arrival unless included with your specific Annual Pass benefits.
