At the heart of LEGOLAND California Resort is a team of skilled LEGO Master Builders. These creative minds design, test and perfect bricktastic models, using millions of unique bricks every single day. 

Master Builders dream up new ideas, sketch awesome designs, test their builds and keep the Theme Park’s creations looking their best! Their training covers everything from advanced building techniques to structural strength (because giant LEGO characters and skylines need to survive more than just the imagination).

Getting behind the bricks is more than just meeting the talented Master Builders; it’s about seeing how their bricktastic work comes to life!

Welcome to the brick and beyond! Every LEGO world starts with a big idea and then gets built brick by brick. 

Designers and Master Builders work together to decide how each space in the Theme Park should look and feel. First come the big ideas and digital designs, where shapes, colors and textures are planned down to the smallest brick. Models are built in sections, tested for strength, and then carefully installed for visitors to enjoy.
