Download the LEGOLAND® Mobile App . Go to the ‘My Visit’ section, where you’ll see the ‘My Tickets & Passes’ section. Click “Add Tickets & Passes” and input the order number and email address from the Annual Pass purchase.

Can You Upgrade Your LEGOLAND® Ticket to an Annual Pass?

Yes, you can upgrade your ticket to an Annual Pass in person at the Park’s Guest Services before entry.

Note that this must be completed within 30 days of purchasing your ticket. You’ll also get credit for your original ticket against the new pass.

Yes, you can apply your ticket as credit toward an annual pass! The credit value will vary and may be a portion of what you paid to the third party. To upgrade your ticket and find out more about your credit, visit Guest Services in person at the Park within 30 days of your visit.
