6. Dress Code

6.1 Modest and respectful attire appropriate for a family environment in the UAE must be worn at all times. Tops and footwear are required throughout the Theme Park.

6.2 In the Water Park, proper swimwear is mandatory (e.g., swimsuits, swim shorts, rash guards, burkinis). Clothing made of denim or heavy cotton, or swimwear containing exposed metal zips, buckles, or rivets, is prohibited on aquatic slides. Infants and toddlers must wear approved swim nappies.

7. Water Park Terms

7.1 Admission and Capacity

Access to LEGOLAND Water Park is subject to strict occupancy limits established for the safety and comfort of all guests. We may, at our sole discretion, require a prior, time-specific reservation for each member of your party and may limit the length of each guest's visit. When reservations are not required, entry is granted on a first-come, first-served basis and is continuously monitored to ensure compliance with capacity thresholds. Admission is neither automatic nor guaranteed, and we reserve the right to refuse or revoke access, without liability, once maximum capacity has been reached. [Operations to confirm: does the Water Park use timed reservations or first-come entry?]

7.2 Water Park Attire

All guests are required to wear proper swimwear while inside the water attractions. Swimwear that is revealing or otherwise deemed inappropriate for a family setting is strictly prohibited, and guests wearing such attire may be asked to leave the Water Park. We do not permit swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or any metal ornamentation within the water attractions. For the comfort and safety of everyone, guests must be fully clothed whenever they are outside the designated water park area, including resort lobbies, restaurants, retail outlets, walkways, and other common areas. Wet swimwear on its own, without an accompanying shirt, shorts, or comparable cover-up, is not considered acceptable attire outside the water park enclosure. We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion, to determine what constitutes appropriate attire and to require any guest who fails to comply to change clothing, cover up, or leave the premises without refund.

7.3 Supervision of Children

Children under twelve (12) years of age must be continuously supervised by a responsible adult who is at least eighteen (18) years old. No more than three (3) children under eight (8) years of age may be supervised by any one such adult at any given time. [Decision needed: this says under 12, but our Resort T&Cs say under 13. Pick one and use it everywhere. Recommend keeping 13 for consistency, subject to Health & Safety.]

7.4 Slide Restrictions and Safety

Access to certain slides, rides, and attractions is subject to height, weight, and health restrictions displayed at each attraction. Entry, participation, and continued presence are conditioned upon compliance with all posted rules and staff instructions and may be revoked without refund in the event of any violation.

7.5 Seasonal and Weather Operation

The Water Park operates year-round. Operating hours may vary by season, and the Water Park may close or restrict access for maintenance, inclement weather, or safety reasons, in which case the closure provisions in section 8 apply.

8. Attraction Availability, Closures & Inclement Weather

8.1 LEGOLAND Dubai endeavours to ensure that all rides, shows, and attractions are fully operational. However, we reserve the right to alter operating schedules, temporarily close rides or sections, or adjust capacity due to routine maintenance, technical requirements, inclement weather, or safety protocols without prior notice.

8.2 If individual attractions experience temporary downtime during regular operating hours, tickets remain non-refundable. In the rare event of an unscheduled, full-day closure of the Resort, guests holding valid dated tickets will be entitled to reschedule their visit to an alternative date within six (6) months or receive a credit voucher/refund in accordance with our operational guest service policy. LEGOLAND Dubai shall not be liable for any third-party travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses incurred.

9. Photography, Surveillance & Media

9.1 CCTV operates across all public areas of the Resort for public safety, crime prevention, and operational security.

9.2 Personal photography and non-commercial filming are permitted. In accordance with UAE privacy laws, you must respect the privacy of others and refrain from photographing or filming guests or staff without their consent. Drones and professional equipment (tripods, external lighting, boom mics) are not permitted without prior written media accreditation.

9.3 LEGOLAND Dubai and authorized media partners regularly film and photograph within the Resort for promotional purposes. Entry constitutes consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional broadcast without compensation.

10. Data Protection Summary

Personal data is processed by DXB Entertainments LLC in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and under the governance of the Dubai Holding (DH) Data Office. 11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, LEGOLAND Dubai and its operating entities accept no liability for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or illness sustained by any guest or to any vehicle/property within the Resort, except where liability cannot be lawfully excluded under UAE law.

11.2 LEGOLAND Dubai's maximum cumulative liability arising out of any ticket purchase or visit shall be strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid for the entrance ticket or annual pass giving rise to the claim.
