Rainy Day Promise Policy Information

LEGOLAND New York Resort is open rain or shine! While we can guarantee a memorable experience, we unfortunately cannot control the weather. If a portion of our rides and attractions are closed for an extended period due to inclement weather, Resort Management will activate our "Rainy Day / Inclement Weather Policy." If the policy is activated, guests will be able to use their existing ticket for one (1) more visit within one (1) calendar year from that date. Please note, this does not apply to Passholders or Education Groups.

No refunds will be issued.

LEGOLAND New York Resort is in the Hudson Valley which experiences seasonal changes.  Occasionally the varied seasonal temperatures will impact our operation.  Seasonal closures will be posted on our Seasonal Closures page.
