Health & Safety FAQs

The health and safety of our guests and team is always our number one priority.

A full list of all Health & Safety precautions and guest requirements are available here.

We recommend that guests who are not fully vaccinated continue to wear masks while at the Park. Of course, all guests are free to continue to wear masks in any location if they choose to do so.

To minimize contact between parties, some rows and seats on some rides may be left empty.

Social distancing is everyone’s responsibility and you will see clear markers and signs within queues reminding you to keep a safe distance between other guests. Please always observe all of these markers.

We will frequently clean high-touch points on our rides throughout the day, including seats, restraints/lap bars, entrance and exit gates and queue line railings. We have installed hand sanitizer stations throughout the Resort including at the entrance and exit of rides and we ask guests to use this before and after they ride, as well as regularly washing their hands during the day.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, we are moving to a cashless Resort. Please be ready to pay for items with a contactless debit or credit card.
