Wi-Fi: No password required. Just login to LEGOLAND-Free Wi-Fi.
Hotel Pool: Pool opening Memorial Day Weekend. When the pool is open, fresh towels are offered daily with restrooms and changing rooms available too! Pool hours are subject to change without advance notice. The pool is open conditions permitting. Please respect the lifeguards’ decisions to put guest safety first.
Ice and Vending Machine: Located on the 3rd floor of the hotel.
Fitness Center: Located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Due to quiet hours, we ask that this amenity is only used 6AM-10PM. Please contact the service wizard if you would like to access the fitness center outside of these hours.
Bell & Valet Services: Offered daily from 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
Hotel Retail Store: Open daily from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Hours are subject to change.
Awesome Arcade: Open daily from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Hours are subject to change.
Creative Workshop: Please see a member of our team in the hotel lobby to learn more and sign up! Sign -ups are available day of class only. There are no advance booking options. Workshops are exclusive to hotel guests.
Electric Vehicle Charging
There are (4) charging stations in the Hotel parking lot. (2) are located in accessible parking spots in front of the pool and (2) more are located along the retaining wall side of lot.
In addition, there are (2) charging stations in Lot B in front of the park. They are located toward the front of the lot, far side.
PLEASE be considerate of other Guests:
• Limit Charging Time to 2 Hours
• No Overnight Charging
• Spaces are for Charging Only
Reminders:
Cashless Resort: We’ve gone cashless. Acceptable forms of payment are credit cards, contactless bank cards or Apple pay. Cash to Card machines are available in the park for your convenience.
Quiet Time: We are a family friendly hotel with lots of tired little ones after a long day playing at the Resort. Please respect your neighbors and be considerate to other guests when moving around the hotel and the grounds. Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM.
Thermostats: Feel free to set your thermostat to your desired temperature between 67 degrees F and 79 degrees F. Your room will take 30 - 45 minutes to reach the set temperature.
Contactless Checkout:
Checkout time is 11:00 AM. There are many ways to Checkout from the hotel on your departure day:
- Select "checkout" on your TV main menu screen.
- Checkout at the lobby kiosks by selecting “checkout” and following the prompts on the screen.
- Checkout at the front desk by dropping off your keys in the blue key collection box.
Using any of these options prior to 11:00AM will automatically check you out and your rooms keys will be deactivated. Please only check out when you are ready to depart from the room. If no options are selected, your keys will automatically deactivate at 11:00 AM and housekeeping will enter the room.
A limited number of late checkout options are available at the time of booking only. If there is additional availability on your departure date, there will be a fee of $50 per hour for late check out. Please see a member of the front desk team or message the service wizard to inquire about availability.
