  • Why Has LEGOLAND® New York Resort Postponed Its Opening Date?

    We are in an unprecedented situation regarding the coronavirus pandemic, which has affected businesses worldwide. The health and safety of our guests and our team is always our number one concern. Adhering to the guidance of federal, state and local health authorities, we have made the decision to delay our opening until 2021.

  • What Will The New Opening Date Be?

    We will announce a date in the coming months. 

  • If I Purchased a Single Day Ticket for 2020, Will It Be Valid in 2021?

    Yes, your single day ticket will be valid for one year from our opening in 2021

  • If I Purchased an Annual Pass For 2020, Will It Be Valid in 2021?

    All annual passes sold for the 2020 season will be honored when the Park opens in 2021. 

  • If I Purchased an Annual Pass for 2020, Will It Have the Same Benefits in 2021?

    Yes, your annual pass will have the same benefits in the 2021 season as when you purchased.

  • If My Annual Pass Was Extended Through the 2021 Season, Will It Now Be Extended Through 2022?

    Yes, if your annual pass was extended through the 2021 season as part of a Black Friday deal or other promotion, it will now be valid through the 2022 season.

  • If I Purchased an Annual Pass For 2020, Can I Receive a Refund?

    While our Annual Passes are nonrefundable, all annual passes sold for the 2020 season will be honored with the same benefits when LEGOLAND New York Resort opens in 2021. 

  • Which Merlin Attractions Can I Use My Gold Pass For?

    If you are a Gold Pass holder, you can use your pass for admission to 30+ Merlin attractions in North America after you activate it at LEGOLAND New York Resort in 2021. A list of eligible Merlin Attractions list can be found HERE.

    Standard and Premium Passes are valid only at LEGOLAND New York Resort.

  • How Do I Know What Kind of Annual Pass I Purchased?

    The confirmation email you received when you bought your pass should tell you whether you have purchased a Standard, Premium or Gold Pass. 

    If you purchased a 1st To Play Pass, you were automatically upgraded to a Gold Pass in November 2019. 

    If you have any questions about what kind of pass you purchased, please email LLNY.Experience@LEGOLAND.com and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. Be sure to include the following information in your email:

  • Where Can I Find My Email Confirmation?

    All guests are sent their confirmation to the provided email address during purchasing. If you are unable to find it, we recommend checking your “Spam” or “Junk” folders, as sometimes these emails can be automatically redirected to those inboxes.

  • I Am Unable to Find My Email Confirmation. Can It Be Sent Again?

    Please send a request to LLNY.Experience@LEGOLAND.com for your confirmation to be re-sent. Be sure to include the following information in your email:

    • First and last name
    • Confirmation number
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Mailing address

    A member of the LEGOLAND New York Resort team will re-send your confirmation email as quickly as possible. Due to high message volume, responses may be delayed, and we appreciate your patience.

  • When Can I Receive My Annual Pass Card?

    Guests will receive their official LEGOLAND New York Resort Annual Pass when visiting the Park for the first time. To do this, simply visit a ticket window or Guest Services to complete the redemption process.

  • Can Someone Else Use My Annual Pass?

    LEGOLAND Annual Passes are not transferable. Guests will be asked to provide their photo ID when scanning their admission. This will also protect you if your Annual Pass is lost or stolen.

  • My Annual Pass Has Blackout Dates. What Will the Blackout Dates be for 2021?

    We are currently evaluating our operating calendar for 2021 and will release updated blackout dates as we get closer to our opening.

  • As a 1st to Play Pass Holder, Will I Still Receive an Invitation to a Special Pre-Opening Event?

    Yes. We are excited to offer this benefit and will provide additional details to our 1st to Play Pass Holders as they are available. 

  • When Will the Preview Days Be Held for 1st to Play Pass Holders?

    If you are a 1st to Play Pass holder, we will email you closer to our opening with a list of exclusive Preview Day events and how to attend one. You will only be able to attend one Preview Day, but there will be several dates to choose from.

  • When Do I Need to Activate My Annual Pass at LEGOLAND New York Resort Once the Park Opens?

    All Annual Passes must be activated within three (3) months after our opening in 2021.

  • Am I Still Able to Purchase an Annual Pass?

    Our tickets and Annual Passes will remain available for purchase. To view our various ticketing options, visit https://www.legoland.com/new-york/annualpass/pricing/

  • I Booked a Hotel Stay for LEGOLAND New York Resort Through LEGOLAND Vacations. How Do I Change It?

    If you booked a hotel stay for LEGOLAND New York Resort in 2020 through LEGOLAND Vacations, you have the opportunity to change your reservation, with the following benefits:

    • Priority customer status, with first chance to book your stay for the 2021 season
    • Your choice of the following:
      • Upgrade your stay to the all-new LEGOLAND New York Hotel at no additional charge, plus receive $100 in LEGOLAND Dollars to use for retail purchases in the theme park
      • Keep your stay at one of our partner hotels, and only pay the difference in room rate for your new dates, plus receive $150 in LEGOLAND Dollars to use for retail purchases in the theme park

    It will take our team some time to make arrangements to rebook your stay for the 2021 season, so we will email you more information as soon as we can. We expect to be able to rebook your stay for the 2021 season by fall 2020.

    If you booked a hotel stay for LEGOLAND New York Resort through LEGOLAND Vacations, you have the opportunity to change your reservation, with the following benefits:

  • What Are LEGOLAND Dollars? How Do I Claim This Benefit?

    LEGOLAND Dollars can be used for retail purchases in the theme park. If you booked a hotel stay for LEGOLAND New York Resort for 2020 through LEGOLAND Vacations, you can receive LEGOLAND Dollars when you book for the 2021 season. To claim this benefit, visit Guest Services on your first visit to LEGOLAND New York Resort.

  • I Pre-Booked a Parking Pass. What Are My Options?

    Your parking pass will be honored according to its original terms and conditions when LEGOLAND New York Resort opens in spring 2021.

  • How Do I Receive the Latest News About LEGOLAND New York Resort?

    For the most up to date information, follow us on Facebook and Instagram and sign up HERE to receive offers and the latest news about LEGOLAND New York Resort.

  • Is There a Phone Number I Can Call?

    As we are in our pre-opening phase, at this time LEGOLAND New York Resort does not have a phone number for guests to contact. All guest communication must be by email at LLNY.Experience@LEGOLAND.com. A member of our team will follow up with you as quickly as possible.
