Please note that your field trip is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation number.

Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) field trips include:

  • Full day admission to LEGOLAND Florida,  including more than 50 rides, shows, and attractions
  • Applied learning on life-sized machines - our rides!
  • Choice of one of nine brick-tastic Educational Experiences or a self-guided adventure throughout the Park
  • Educational Experiences are 45 minute, hands-on, educational and entertaining sessions aligned with Florida Standards
  • Educational Resource Guides are available for each experience and outline activities throughout the entire park as well as pre-/post-visit worksheets

General Information:

  • $14.50 + tax (if applicable) per student
  • Price includes full-day admission to LEGOLAND® Florida theme park and choice of one of our newly redesigned Educational Experiences
  • Water Park upgrade is available for an additional charge of $22.50 + tax (if applicable) per person
  • Receive 1 complimentary chaperone for every 5 paid students. Additional chaperones may be added for $29.00 + tax (if applicable) per adult
  • Available 8/13/18 - 6/7/19, Monday - Friday, excluding school holidays
  • Pricing applies to public, private and homeschools with a minimum of 15 students
  • Educational Experiences align to Florida Standards and are available for grades K-6
  • Prices, times and schedules subject to change without notice

Availability:

LUNCH OPTIONS

Coolers:

School groups may choose to bring their lunches and eat at the Imagination Pavilion located in the rear of the park near Cypress Gardens. Please make sure coolers are clearly labeled with the group name. Our Education Greeters will assist in unloading coolers from the busses in the bus loop when you arrive in the morning and will transport them to the pavilion for your convenience. When your group is ready to eat, just visit the Pavilion and your coolers will be waiting for you. At the end of the day, our Education Greeters will return the coolers to the bus loop to be loaded on the busses before you depart. Please note that food from outside vendors (i.e. Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Subway, etc.) will not be allowed into the park and may not be delivered to the park for your group. LEGOLAND Florida Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items placed in our storage area.

LEGO Dollars:

LEGO Dollars are available for purchase at a 1:1 ratio to the U.S. Dollar and can be redeemed for food, beverage, and merchandise throughout LEGOLAND Florida Resort. They can be purchased in $1, $5 and $10 denominations. Orders must be placed and paid for at least two weeks in advance of your visit by calling 855-753-8888. LEGO Dollars are non-refundable.

Meal Vouchers:

Groups may choose to purchase Meal Vouchers for students (ages 12 and under) at one of five restaurants throughout the park. Adults may purchase meals at a selected location upon arrival. Space is limited as each location has a 50 child max capacity within each time spot. Meal Vouchers are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Groups that have purchased meal vouchers may only dine at the specific location indicated on their meal voucher ticket.  Meal vouchers must be ordered at least two weeks in advance of your visit by calling 877-865-5346.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

It is highly recommended to pay at least 10 business days in advance of your visit. Groups that do not pay in advance may experience long wait times on the day of their visit. LEGOLAND® Florida Resort will only accept one form of payment for your group booking. We allow organization/school checks, money orders, certified cashier's checks, credit cards, and cash. Only government/county issued or bank certified/cashier's checks, credit cards and cash are accepted the day of your visit. If payment is to be made with a non-government issued organization check, it must be received a minimum of 10 business days prior to the visit date. No personal checks allowed.

TAX EXEMPTION:

If your organization is tax exempt, please email a copy of your Florida Tax Exemption Certificate to MEGUSA.FLORIDASALES@LEGOLAND.COM. Payment must be made by check or credit card in the name of the tax-exempt organization. We are unable to accept cash payments for tax-exempt organizations. If the Florida Tax Exemption Certificate has not been submitted at the time of payment, tax will be charged.

Spinning Out

Grades K-1



Oli the Toy Maker is known throughout the world for his wooden toy ducks, but he’s ready to try his hand at something new…a spinning top. He is calling his apprentices to help him improve his design by creating their own spinning tops assembled from LEGO® gears. Explore the effects of balanced and unbalanced forces on the movement of an object as the newly created tops are created and tested.

Milo’s Journey

Grades 1-3

The space race is back on…only this time it’s to be the first to discover life on another planet. LEGO® Base’s newest employee, Erin, an ambitious aerospace engineer, has created a planetary rover named Milo after countless hours of effort. Now a huge success, LEGO® Base is ready to mass-produce Milo and launch him into space before rival companies. As our new interns, you must assist Erin by building and programming more Milos using the LEGO® Education WeDo 2.0 set to journey where no one has gone before!

Tall Towers

Grades 1-3

LEGO® City is expanding... upwards! The mayor wants to tap into the talents of our architect apprentices and has tasked them with creating the tallest towers ever built. Before they can start construction, they must get the stamp of approval from Inspector Quake. After being briefed on the different types of structures, both manmade- and natural, the future LEGO® architects must create a structure that is strong enough to withstand the trembling of Quake’s infamous earthquake table!

The Hound of Brickville

Grades 1-3

Have you heard the terrifying tale of the Hound of Brickville? Seems there’s a giant hound with glowing red eyes roaming the grounds at night terrifying any who might see him. The only clues left behind are parts to simple machines! But not to worry, Inspector Technic Holmes has arrived to help solve the mystery with a little help from some junior detectives. As the distant howling grows closer, will they be able to piece together the gears, pulleys and levers to build an alarm system before the hound strikes again?

LEGO® City 500

Grades 2-4

Boys and girls, start your engines! Pit Captain Axle needs new recruits to help operate the LEGO® Technic Pit Stop. In the world’s fastest race, nothing can slow you down... that is, if you understand the concept of forces (inertia, wind resistance, friction, gravity and weight). Hear the victory cheers as the candidates build the fastest race car possible and speed to the finish line! See you in the winner’s circle!

Hurray for Hollywood

Grades 2-5

Bricks, Camera, Action! Welcome to the set of award-winning director Cam DeMille’s newest masterpiece. Unfortunately, the test audience did not feel it was such a masterpiece sending Cam back into the director’s seat to reshoot with the aid of some new screenwriters. Using the four W’s (who, what, when and where) from the beginning of the movie, along with the LEGO® Education StoryStarter Set, can they create a new middle and end in time for the red carpet premiere.

Code Name: Renewable

Grades 3-6

Word has it that Professor Black Brick, public enemy 0937, is hiding out at his new secret headquarters located in the abandoned theme park Cypress Gardens…he failed to read that LEGOLAND® Florida Resort has moved in! He is working on his dastardly master plan -- cue the evil music -- to steal all of earth’s renewable energy to run his new park! You can earn the Professor’s trust by building a solar powered Ferris wheel. Your reward will be a preview of his ultimate attraction, an explosive volcano! Please Note: This is an outdoor experience weather permitting.

2025: A Space Rescue

Grades 4-5

Ten... nine... eight... The year is 2025 and soon you'll be blasting off on a mission on Mars! LEGO® Base has selected the best cadets to send to its station on the Red Planet, where they’ll assist in cleaning up after a major dust storm. Lieutenant Stud, who has been stationed on Mars for the last year, is waiting to brief you on programming your rover. Using the LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Education EV3 robot, along with a ruler and protractor in hand, can you complete the three challenging tasks issued by the Head Commander? It's a mission of a lifetime. Three... two... one... blastoff!

Asteroid Impact

Grades 5-6+

After a disastrous meteor shower, LEGO® Base’s newest cadets must learn to pilot their very own LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Education EV3 robot, named Astro Bot, and save the nearby space station! Don’t worry… Commander Block has plenty of experience and is the best in the business with our repair drones. However, in order to operate these amazing robots, the commander must guide his new cadets to use the metric system and discover how to use angles. Will the cadets be brave enough to help save the space station from exiting Earth’s orbit?
