Do I have to buy a ticket for my child under 3 to eat breakfast?
No, a breakfast or park ticket for your child under 3 is not required but please call the VIP team at 1-855-753-7777 to let us know to add to your party size.
I would like to go to a VIP Event; do I have to have a ticket for the park?
Yes, all of our VIP Events require separate admission to the park.
What is the refund policy? The refund policy for all cancellations of VIP Experiences and Events are as follows:
- Up to 3 weeks (21 days) before arrival/date of VIP Experience; a full refund will be issued.
- 21 days to 2 days before arrival/date of VIP Experience; no refund will be issued but a change of date will be attempted up to 1 year from the original date.
- Within 24 hours of arrival/date of VIP Experience – no refunds will be issued, a change of date will be attempted within one week (7 days) of original booking but not guaranteed.
Can we put down a deposit for the event and then pay fully when it gets closer?

Do you have a Florida Resident discount?
There are no Florida Resident discounts at this time but all of our VIP Experiences and Events do have an annual pass discount!
