  • LEGOLAND Florida Theme Park has resumed normal operations, as scheduled.
  • LEGOLAND® Hotel and LEGOLAND Beach Retreat are open.
  • LEGOLAND Water Park will resume normal operations Saturday, Sept. 16, as scheduled. The Water Park will be open Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How to reschedule or cancel a planned visit

Guests wishing to reschedule or cancel a LEGOLAND Florida Resort visit can do so without penalties or fees by calling our Customer Service Center at +1 (877) 350-5346. Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Eastern, seven days a week. Live chat is available through our website’s Help Center during the same hours.

This policy applies only to LEGOLAND Florida Theme Park tickets, LEGOLAND Water Park tickets and LEGOLAND Hotel or LEGOLAND Beach Retreat reservations booked directly with LEGOLAND Florida Resort or LEGOLAND Vacations, as well as partner hotel reservations and packages booked through LEGOLAND Vacations, from now through seven days past the announcement of a hurricane warning for Polk County issued by the National Hurricane Center.

If your travel plans were arranged by third-party suppliers, including travel agents, travel-booking websites, ticket resellers and other businesses independent of LEGOLAND Florida Resort and LEGOLAND Vacations, you are responsible for any nonrefundable payments as well as any cancellation or change fees charged by those suppliers.

Likewise, if your travel plans include products or services provided by third-party suppliers, such as airfare, rental cars or vacation insurance, you are responsible for any nonrefundable payments as well as any cancellation or change fees charged by those suppliers.

HURRICANE POLICY

  • Can I reschedule or cancel my LEGOLAND Florida Resort vacation due to the hurricane?

    The safety of guests and Model Citizens is our highest priority.

    If the National Hurricane Center issues a hurricane warning for the Central Florida area — or for your place of residence — within seven days preceding your scheduled arrival date, you may reschedule or cancel your LEGOLAND Florida Resort visit without any penalties or fees imposed by LEGOLAND and/or Merlin Entertainments.

    This policy applies only to LEGOLAND Florida Theme Park tickets, LEGOLAND Water Park tickets and LEGOLAND Hotel or LEGOLAND Beach Retreat reservations booked directly with LEGOLAND Florida Resort or LEGOLAND Vacations, as well as partner hotel reservations and packages booked through LEGOLAND Vacations.

    For ticket-related inquiries outside business hours, please email LLF.Experience@LEGOLAND.com and a member of our Guest Services team will respond at the earliest opportunity.

  • If I reschedule my LEGOLAND Hotel or LEGOLAND Beach Retreat reservation due to the hurricane, will I receive the same accommodations on the new dates?

    If the National Hurricane Center (www.nhc.noaa.gov) issues a hurricane warning for the Central Florida area – or for your place of residence – within seven days preceding your scheduled arrival date, you may reschedule or cancel your LEGOLAND Florida Resort visit without any penalties or fees imposed by LEGOLAND and/or Merlin Entertainments.

    We cannot guarantee availability of similar accommodations for the new travel dates. All amounts you paid to LEGOLAND Vacations for rooms, theme park tickets and other LEGOLAND products and services will be applied toward your new reservation.

    Any discounts or special offers applicable to your original confirmed vacation will not apply to the rescheduled vacation travel dates. You are responsible for applicable package pricing for the new vacation dates.

  • My original LEGOLAND Florida Resort vacation booking was made as part of a special offer. If I reschedule my vacation due to the hurricane, will I receive the terms of the original offer?

    If the National Hurricane Center (www.nhc.noaa.gov) issues a hurricane warning for the Central Florida area – or for your place of residence – within seven days preceding your scheduled arrival date, you may reschedule or cancel your LEGOLAND Florida Resort visit without any penalties or fees imposed by LEGOLAND and/or Merlin Entertainments.

    You will receive the terms of the original offer only if an identical offer is available for your rescheduled travel dates. All amounts paid to LEGOLAND Florida Resort or LEGOLAND Vacations for rooms, park tickets and other LEGOLAND products and services will be applied toward your new reservation.

    Any discounts or special offers applicable to your original confirmed vacation may not apply to the rescheduled vacation travel dates. You are responsible for applicable package pricing for the new vacation dates.
