These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of Annual Passes to LEGOLAND® Dubai, LEGOLAND® Water Park and Dubai Parks and Resorts (“DPR”) theme park(s).
The Annual Pass entitles the holder to admission to the selected theme park(s) for the duration of the validity period of the Annual Pass and subject to the available usage entitlements associated with the Annual Pass.
Annual Passes are available for adults & children over 3 years of age. Children under 3 years can enjoy free access to the Park(s).
The Annual Pass entitles the holder to admission to the selected Theme Park(s) during scheduled operating hours for a period of 12 months, from the date of purchase.
Annual Pass online purchasers will receive an E-Ticket Receipt to their registered email address, at time of order confirmation and payment receipt.
For online purchases, Annual Pass holders are required to present a copy of printed E-Ticket upon their first visit to ensure entrance to the relevant Park(s) and to redeem their Annual Pass card at Guest Services upon entering the park.
The E-Ticket is valid for redemption for 60 days from date of online purchase however will expire if not exchanged to an Annual Pass card within that time.
Annual Passes purchased In-Park will be valid for 12 months, from date of purchase.
Each Annual Pass holder will be issued with his/her own Annual Pass on presentation of an official E-Ticket.
Annual Pass holders will be issued with his/her own Annual Pass card featuring a photograph of the pass holder and must comply with photo procedures.
Annual Passes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be offered for resale.
The authorised holder of the Annual Pass must present the Annual Pass upon entering the Park(s). Biometric prints are registered upon first use of an Annual Pass and are required upon each entry made with the Annual Pass.
Any misuse of the Annual Pass will result in confiscation, without compensation.
Upgrade to an Annual Pass from a day ticket during your visit and the value of your entrance fee will be redeemed against the price of your Annual Pass. Redemption value may vary and applies to the standard gate price only and may exclude special events or discounted prices.
Upgrades must be undertaken in-Park, on the date of visitation.
Lost or Stolen Annual Passes need to be reported at the Guest Services in Park or via e-mail atguestservices@LEGOLAND.ae.
Please be advised there may be a fee to replace Annual Passes which LEGOLAND Dubai may impose at its sole discretion.
Your physical Annual Pass card is required to grant you entry into the Park/s and to redeem your discounts throughout the Park.
Dubai Parks and Resorts, LEGOLAND Dubai and LEGOLAND Water Park, reserves the right and absolute discretion to vary the opening and closing dates and times of the attractions and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events or facilities within the attractions for any reason including, but not being limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part of the value of the Annual Pass will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any of attractions are removed or closed during the year.
Height, weight, size and age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions. These will be displayed at each relevant ride and attraction and made available from Guest Services.
Annual Pass holders receive discount on Retail as well as Food & Beverage within the park, this benefit is for the the card holder only and can not be used by other guests, or used to benefit from secondary sales and are for personal use only. Discounts may not apply on already discounted items and are at the discretion of the Park(s) management team.
Unless otherwise stated, the Annual Pass is only valid for the Park(s) and is not valid for skill games or separately ticketed events, performances or activities at the Park, other theme parks or elsewhere within Dubai Parks and Resorts.
Your Annual Pass does not give you guaranteed entry to the Park. Entrance is on a first come first served basis. Pre-booking may be available on some special events to guarantee entry.
Refunds are not available in any circumstances.
Annual Passes may not be used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused. Annual Pass holders assume the inherent risks associated with the operation of all rides and attractions and should read and obey all safety signage, instructions and rules.
All persons entering the Park(s) are subject to the rules and regulations of entry as displayed at the main entrance to the Park, at Guest Services and as otherwise made available by LEGOLAND Dubai, LEGOLAND Water Park and DPR.
DPR and the Park(s) reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions by giving you written notice of such variation.
DPR and LEGOLAND Dubai reserve the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any Annual Pass or deny Park admission to any Annual Pass holder at any time for any reason.
Unless otherwise stated, the Annual Pass does not include parking, VIP or Valet fees or a designated parking space and parking is subject to availability.
LEGOLAND Dubai, LEGOLAND Water Park and Dubai Parks and Resorts All-Park Annual Pass holders receive free parking within the Dubai Parks and Resorts Visitor Carpark. A valid Annual Pass must be presented to avail free parking and all parking is subject to availability.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai in respect of any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions
Annual Passes may also be subject to additional restrictions or charges and secondary attraction fees may apply.
