Your Day Tickets have been automatically extended on your behalf, so no further action is required.


Starting April 1, you can reschedule and pre-book your advanced reservations to the Resort with your unused, expired, or open-dated day-tickets, with our new online Booking Portal. You will need your ticket/order #s on hand. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.


For guests with multi-day tickets, you will pre-book advanced reservations for multiple dates with the same ticket/order #s in the Booking Portal.

No, we will not have ticket booths or windows open. Tickets need to be purchased in advance online with a confirmed advanced reservation.

Day Tickets Purchased on LEGOLAND.com

For guests who have unused LEGOLAND, SEA LIFE Aquarium and LEGOLAND Water Park tickets that are dated or expire within the closure period, expiration dates have been automatically extended until January 31, 2022 with the following blackout dates:

  • Memorial Day Weekend May 28-30, 2021
  • July 2-4, 2021
  • All Saturdays in July and August
  • Labor Day Weekend September 4-6, 2021
  • All Saturdays in October
  • December 26, 2021 – January 1, 2022

For guests who have purchased the 5 Days for the Price of 1 Day ticket offer, the expiration date of these tickets has been automatically extended with a new expiration date of January 31, 2022 with first visit having to have occurred by January 27, 2022.

Tickets Purchased from a Third Party (Not purchased directly from LEGOLAND):

COSTCO Buddy Tickets + Play Pass Redemption

Unused Buddy Tickets as of March 14, 2020 have been extended to visit through January 31, 2022 with the following Blackout dates:

  • Memorial Day Weekend May 28-30, 2021
  • July 2-4, 2021
  • All Saturdays in July and August
  • Labor Day Weekend September 4-6, 2021
  • All Saturdays in October
  • December 26, 2021 – January 1, 2022

If LEGOLAND has yet to process your COSTCO Play Pass voucher with our admissions system, your Play Pass is not yet compatible with our online Booking Portal to make advanced reservations.

You will need to visit our Guest or Membership Services windows at the front entrance between April 15 – June 15, no sooner or later, Monday – Friday days only. Advance reservations are not required as long as you visit within the acceptable date and day ranges. Weekend walk-up visits will not be accepted or processed due to capacity restrictions.

School Groups, Youth Groups and Scouts

We will work with your group on changes to your reservations for those who have reservations during the impacted period of February 1, 2020 through to reopening. More details will be made available soon when workshops are in available again.

Please call our Groups Call Center at 760-438-5346. Available 7 Days a week, 7am – 3pm PST. We anticipate high call volumes over the next few months and appreciate your patience as our team works through all inquiries.

Please note: School Groups, Youth Groups, and Scout workshops will not be offered due to the current CDC and State safety guidelines. Existing tickets can be redeemed individually by family or can be postponed until workshops are available again.

VIP Experiences

We will work with your VIP group on changes to your reservations for those who have reservations during the impacted period of February 1, 2020 through to reopening.
