If you already have an existing Day Ticket or active Pass, you can pre-book your advance reservations on our new online Booking Portal.

When new Day Tickets go on sale again online, Day Tickets will be dated so you can confirm your advance reservation to visit.

New passes purchased online on our website will be able to pre-book an advanced reservation on our new online Booking Portal. New Passes will be issued digitally with a photo upload feature that will scan on your smartphones each visit. No new physical Pass Cards are required.

Active COSTCO Play Pass Holders will need to book their advanced reservations for Play Passes in the Pass section of the new online Booking Portal.

All Buddy Tickets will need to book their advanced reservations for Play Passes in the Day Tickets section of the new online Booking PortalMake sure to select the Resort Hopper ticket type.

Yes. To ensure the best possible guest experience, and allow for social distancing and additional cleaning, we have reduced the number of guests we welcome to the Resort each day. This includes all Pass Holders.


To help us manage this we are asking all guests to pre-book their tickets in advance.

You will be able to reschedule your advance reservation on your own up-to two times. Reservations can be adjusted up-to two days prior to your visit before being locked into our system.

Reserve & Ride is available in a limited first-come-first-served capacity. To use and review purchase availability, scan one of the QR codes available inside the Resort when you arrive.

Due to limited capacity restrictions enforced by the State of California, we are only able to offer a limited number of reservations per day. All advanced reservations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and may fill-up quickly.

You will need to select an alternative date where you are able to use your entitlements.

To allow for further flexibility for Day Ticket Holders, expiration dates have been extended. For guests who have unused LEGOLAND, SEA LIFE Aquarium and LEGOLAND Water Park tickets that are dated or expire within the closure period, expiration dates have been automatically extended until January 31, 2022 with the following blackout dates:

  • Memorial Day Weekend May 28-30, 2021
  • July 2-4, 2021
  • All Saturdays in July and August
  • Labor Day Weekend September 4-6, 2021
  • All Saturdays in October
  • December 26, 2021 – January 1, 2022

For guests who have purchased the 5 Days for the Price of 1 Day ticket offer, the expiration date of these tickets has been automatically extended with a new expiration date of January 31, 2022 with first visit having to have occurred by January 27, 2022.

Yes, the Hotel Day Reservation link for reserving your spot is on our Booking Portal! You will use your ticket #s to choose your days you will be visiting.

Yes, the Pass Holder Reservation link for reserving your spot is on our Booking Portal. You will use your Pass #s to choose your days you will be visiting.

When you arrive, you will show your Pass cards and your Day Reservation confirmation at the turnstiles. If the Pass Holder advanced reservations are full during the duration of your hotel stay, the front desk at the hotel will be able to issue you a reservation.

Don’t worry – All LEGOLAND Hotel guests are guaranteed access to the theme park, aquarium, and water park during your stay. Please make your Pass reservations for the theme park, aquarium and water park as necessary the first day of your stay and your second day reservations can be confirmed at the front desk of the Hotel during your stay.

 

Don’t worry – All LEGOLAND Hotel guests are guaranteed access to the theme park, aquarium, and water park during your stay. You will receive your tickets with barcodes up-to 5 days prior to your stay date. You will then use those barcodes to make advanced reservations for the theme park, aquarium and water park on our BOOKING PORTAL when received. Reservations can also be made at the hotel front desk upon check-in. You do not need to make advanced reservations again for your hotel stay dates if you have already booked your hotel stay with us.
