  • What is the advantage of booking through LEGOLAND Vacations?

    LEGOLAND Vacations packages include hotel, LEGOLAND/SEA LIFE Hopper tickets with 2nd Day FREE, gifts for the kids and exclusive early access to LEGOLAND.

  • What is Exclusive Early Access to LEGOLAND?

    LEGOLAND Vacations guests enjoy exclusive early access to LEGOLAND California at least 30 minutes before the Park officially opens to the public! For a current list of rides and times, click here.

  • What tickets are included in my package?

    Your package includes 2-Day LEGOLAND/SEA LIFE Hopper tickets, valid for two separate days of admission to LEGOLAND California and SEA LIFE Aquarium. Be sure to enter the correct number and ages of everyone in your party to ensure you receive the correct tickets.

    Discounted Water Park tickets can be added to your package after your room selection. The LEGOLAND Water Park entrance is located within LEGOLAND. Admission to LEGOLAND is required to enter the Water Park. Water Park tickets must be used on one of your 2 days admission to LEGOLAND. 

  • How do I purchase tickets for the Water Park?

    After you have selected your hotel and room, you will be able to add Water Park tickets to your booking at a discounted price. This discounted price is only available online and is not offered at the Park.

    Please note the Water Park is not open daily so please check our Operating Calendar to make sure the Water Park is open during your stay. The LEGOLAND Water Park entrance is located within LEGOLAND. Admission to LEGOLAND is required to enter the Water Park. Water Park tickets must be used on one of your 2 days admission to LEGOLAND.

  • How will I receive my tickets?

    Your tickets will be emailed 5 days prior to your arrival date. If you make a reservation within 5 days of arrival, your tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours. They will be sent to the email address you entered during the booking process.  Please be sure to print out all your tickets and other vouchers and bring them with you.

  • Are there any special offers or discounts?

  • How can I book a vacation package online?

    • Choose from a variety of accommodations and prices
    • Select your room type
    • Choose whether or not to include Flexible Cancellation

    • Be sure to review your confirmation email to verify your booking is correct
  • Can I pay for my LEGOLAND Vacations reservation online?

    Yes. Payment of your entire reservation amount is due at the time of booking.  For more information about our Flexible Cancellation option, visit our Payment and Cancellation Policy page.

  • Can I pay for part of my booking now and the remainder at a later date?

    Full payment of your reservation is due at the time of booking.  For more information about our Flexible Cancellation option, visit our Payment and Cancellation Policy page.

  • What forms of payment can I use to pay for my reservation?

    LEGOLAND Vacations only accepts the following credit cards for payment: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

  • Can I use more than one credit card to pay for my reservation?

    Yes, if you dial (877) 534-6526, you may use more than one credit card to make your payment.  Please note, you still must pay the full amount when making your booking.

  • What if I don’t receive my confirmation email after I make my reservation online?

    Please send an email to CaliforniaVacations@LEGOLAND.com.  Please include your Booking # if you have it, or, if you don’t, the name on the reservation and arrival date.

  • Can I change or cancel my reservation once I have booked it?

    Yes, only if you purhcased the optional Flexible Cancellation coverage.  For just $25 per booking, Flexible Cancellation allows you to change or cancel your reservation up to 4:00 PM Pacific Time 5 days prior to arrival, no questions asked!  Avoid losing your payment and get total peace of mind. Please note that changing your reservation once booked may result in a price increase.  No changes or cancellations are allowed within 5 days of your arrival date.     It is best to add Flexible Cancellation when making your booking online, but you may add it up to 24 hours after you’ve made your booking by dialing (877) 534-6526.

  • If I cancel my reservation, how long does it take to get a refund?

    If a refund is approved, it may take 1-2 weeks to receive your refund.

  • I accidentally misspelled someone’s name when entering the reservation online. How do I change that?

    Simple misspellings will not affect your reservation and don’t need to be corrected. 

  • I need to add, remove or change one or more of the people listed on the reservation. How can I do that?

    If you are adding an additional person(s) and will also need a ticket for that person, please dial (877) 534-6526 and have your booking number ready. Please be sure to check that the room you’ve booked will accommodate the new number of travelers.

    If you are removing a person and are requesting a refund on a ticket included in your package, please dial (877) 534-6526 to request a refund. Please remember that only reservations with Flexible Cancellation included may receive refunds (please click here to read our Payment and Cancellation Policies).

    If you are changing the name of a person on your reservation, please dial (877) 534-6526 and have your booking number ready. Please note any modifications may result in a price increase.

  • Can I book an ADA accessible room?

    Yes. For LEGOLAND Hotel, just select one of our ADA Accessible room types during your booking journey. For one of our offsite hotel partners, please submit your request for an ADA Accessible room under the Special Requests section on the checkout page. Please note that offsite hotel requests cannot be guaranteed.

    Service animals are allowed under California law. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and should keep them on a leash or harness while visiting.

  • What hotels offer a shuttle to LEGOLAND?

    LEGOLAND Hotel is located at the main entrance to LEGOLAND Theme Park. For offsite hotels, please use the Hotel Amenities filter on the search results page to filter for hotels that offer a shuttle to LEGOLAND. You can also visit the individual hotel’s Property Description by selecting Info & Booking on this page to see if the hotel offers a shuttle. 

    All shuttles are complimentary although some require reservations. Shuttle reservations should be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Please consult your travel documents for instructions on reserving a shuttle. 

  • How far is it from the hotel to LEGOLAND?

    LEGOLAND Hotel is located at the main entrance of the LEGOLAND Theme Park.  For our offsite hotel partners, the driving distance to LEGOLAND is listed under each hotel on this page.

  • I booked an offsite partner hotel but the hotel can't find my reservation. What do I do?

    It may take an offsite partner hotel up to 24 hours to receive your reservation after you make your booking online.  If you arrive at an offsite partner hotel and they cannot find your reservation, be sure to present them with your Voucher which will identify you as a LEGOLAND Vacations guest.

  • What if I already have admission tickets and just need a hotel room?

  • I am an Annual Pass Member and want to book a room. How can I do that?

  • Can I add an Extra (i.e. Water Park tickets, Birthday package, All-Day Resort Dining) after I’ve made my reservation?

    Yes, if you dial (877) 534-6526, you may add an Extra(s) to an existing reservation.  Please note some Extras are not bookable over the phone within 24 hours of arrival.

  • Is breakfast included in my booking?

    A delicious breakfast buffet is included with your stay at LEGOLAND Hotel, and many of our offsite partner hotels also include breakfast in the room rate. For offsite hotels, please use the Hotel Amenities filter on the search results page to filter for hotels that include breakfast with their rate. You may also visit the individual hotel's Property Description tab by selecting Info & Booking on this page to see if the hotel includes complimentary breakfast.

  • Do you offer any dining plans with your vacation packages?

    For LEGOLAND Hotel guests, we offer pre-paid dining packages you can add when you make your booking. Dining options are listed on the Extras page after you make your room selection.

  • What happens if I purchase a LEGOLAND Hotel Dinner Package (Dinner at Bricks Restaurant) and the restaurant is closed?

    If you purchased a LEGOLAND Hotel Dinner Package, in the unlikely event that the restaurant is closed during your visit, you will be given the paid dollar amount as a credit at our other onsite restaurant, Skyline Lounge.

  • What food & beverage options are included in the LEGOLAND Hotel All Day Cabana Rental?

    With your LEGOLAND Hotel Cabana rental you will receive a fresh fruit, cheese and cracker platter, plus a $70 food & beverage allowance to the Skyline Cafe. Click here to view menu options.

  • What amenities do the hotels offer?

  • How do I book 2 rooms?

    To book 2 rooms online, you must complete two separate transactions. Please enter the correct number and ages of the guests in each room when you book, to ensure you receive the appropriate number of tickets.  Or you may dial (877) 534-6526 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.

  • Can I have 2 rooms assigned next to each other?

    You may request your rooms be assigned next to each other by adding the name and reservation number of the first transaction in the Special Requests section of the second transaction’s checkout page. LEGOLAND Vacations cannot guarantee adjoining or connecting rooms, as room numbers are assigned upon check-in, but we will make an effort to accommodate your request.

  • Do I have to pay a Resort Fee?

    Some hotels do charge a nightly Resort Fee.  If the hotel charges a Resort Fee, this will be listed under the room type description as well as the Property Description.  Resort Fees vary by property and will be collected by the hotel upon check-in. Currently, LEGOLAND Hotel’s resort fee is $25 plus tax per night which includes self-parking, standard wireless internet access, children's entertainment, pool towels, and local and domestic long-distance phone calls.

  • Do I have to pay for parking at the hotel?

    Some hotels do charge a nightly parking fee. Parking fees vary by property. LEGOLAND Hotel’s nightly resort fee includes self-parking, valet parking is also available for $20 per stay. For offsite hotels' parking fees, please check the individual hotel's Property Description by selecting Info & Booking on this page.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pet policies vary by hotel. LEGOLAND Hotel does not allow pets, other than service animals. You can use the Hotel Amenities filter on the search results page to filter for hotels that are pet-friendly. You can also visit the individual hotel’s Property Description by selecting Info & Booking on this page to see the hotel’s pet policy.

  • What is the closest beach to LEGOLAND?

    The closest beach is the South Carlsbad State Beach, located approximately 1.5 miles from the LEGOLAND California Resort. 

  • Do you offer airport transportation options?

    While LEGOLAND Hotel does not offer airport transportation; you can book a shuttle through our preferred partners.
