SAFETY NOTICE

Due to circumstances beyond our control, and for the safety of our visitors and staff, we chose to close the Park, Friday, December 8, 2017. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disruption to your visit. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We wish you a safe trip home.

If you visited on any of the dates below and the above conditions occurred, you are eligible for re-admittance within one year of your visit date:

LEGOLAND California, SEA LIFE aquarium and LEGOLAND Hotel are all open for business today.

We understand, however, that many guests are being impacted by the fires in California.

We are taking the following steps if you are unable to visit during your scheduled dates:

  • If you have date-specific tickets for this weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday, December 8 - 10, 2017), please know that your tickets have automatically been extended to be valid for up to one year from ticket date. You do not need to call or email; just bring your original tickets within one year from the ticket date to our admission windows.
  • If you booked a vacation stay at LEGOLAND California resort and cannot visit, you must call to rebook. We are waiving the normal $50 rebooking fee. You will be subject to any increase for the booking date. If you do not rebook prior to midnight on the date of expected arrival, we will be unable to rebook and may forfeit all monies paid. You may call our Vacations Line at 888-690-5346 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Please be patient as lines may be busy.

  • How do I redeem my complimentary return ticket(s)?

    Hold on to the letter you received today and the ticket(s) you scanned to enter the Park today. Bring them back with you on the day you would like to visit and exchange it at any Resort Ticket Booth for a free, one-day visit. Offer is valid within one year from your original visit. Your ticket will be checked on your return visit to ensure that you are the original ticket holder and that it was scanned at the Park today. Please check our operating calendar in advance of your return for seasonal closed days. 

  • What else do I need to know?

    If LEGOLAND California is closed, no cash, credit, or refunds will be issued apart from the complimentary return ticket(s). Tickets will only be offered in exchange for paid tickets that were scanned at the Park during a Park closure. Your ticket will be checked on your return visit to ensure that you are the original ticket holder and that it was scanned at the Park on a qualifying Rainy Day.

No refunds or passes will be issued for Hotel, parking, Reserve-N-Ride or food and beverage purchases. This policy can be retracted or modified at any time without notice.
