TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP:
- Pass Member must present their LEGOLAND Pass for admittance to the Park.
- Please remove pass from wallet so it may be scanned.
- Pass is non-transferable and will be confiscated if presented by anyone other than the named Pass Member.
- Some attractions or venues may be closed due to inclement weather, annual maintenance, special events, private parties or educational programs.
- Food or beverages may not be brought onto LEGOLAND premises.
- Pass Member should safeguard pass at all times.
- Purchase price of the Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Lost and stolen tickets or receipts that have been processed cannot be replaced.
- A lost or stolen LEGOLAND pass may be replaced at Guest Services for a $12.00 replacement fee. Fee may be waived with proper documentation (i.e., police report). Pass Member must present picture I.D. for replacement. If a birth certificate is being presented for a minor, a parent must accompany the minor and present I.D. If positive I.D. is not available, the Pass Member will be charged the price of a single-day admission. Confiscated cards may be replaced for a $25 fee at the Park’s discretion.
- Pass Member agrees to obey all posted rules and instructions of the Park and all verbal instructions of Model Citizens. LEGOLAND reserves the right to revoke the Pass without a refund in the event of violations.
- Violations of county, state, and federal government laws may cause Pass to be revoked without refund.
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
